MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The German-Spanish Entrepreneurs meeting's agenda includes discussions on the effects of structural reforms in Spain, bilateral relations between the two countries and the economic challenges faced by Europe.
The business summit, which will be attended by representatives of political parties and the business community, opened with a conversation on the future of the Eurozone led by German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble and Spanish Economy Minister Luis de Guindos.
BDI organized the summit in cooperation with the Confederation of German Employers' Associations (BDA), the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and the Spanish Confederation of Employers' Organizations (CEOE).
BDI is an umbrella organization for German industry. It speaks on behalf of 36 industry sector associations and represents over 100,000 large, medium-sized and small enterprises with around eight million employees.
