Woman Slams Stolen SUV Into Cop Car

On Friday afternoon, 41-year-old Stacey Ann Bunsey suddenly turned a stolen car around during police chase and drove straight into Sand Springs, Oklahoma police officer James Matthew Stacy. Fortunately, the officer only suffered minor injuries.

On Monday police released footage from the officer’s body camera showing him repeatedly firing a gun at a vehicle, which was approaching at high speed. The video also features Bunsey standing up through the sunroof, smiling and waving at officers trying to pry her from the smashed car. The woman was arrested and now faces charges that include battery on a police officer, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a stolen vehicle and resisting arrest.
